About Me

Hi, I’m Jeremy Perez! I recently moved from New York City to Florida, where I’m starting an exciting new chapter with my family. I currently work as a Field Service Engineer, specializing in repairing and servicing electron microscopes, and I’m preparing to transition into the world of multifamily real estate in the near future.

I graduated from DeVry University, where I specialized in Computer Technology and Network Administration. I’ve always had a passion for technology, problem-solving, and building meaningful projects.

Together, my wife and I are also launching a live K–12 virtual school, combining education, innovation, and family-centered learning. When I’m not working or building new ventures, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two wonderful kids. In my spare time, you’ll usually find me working on car or home projects, designing websites, or tinkering with the latest AI technology.
