About the Founder – Toni Nicholas

TMRealty.club and a sister site, CityBuzz.club, were founded by a business professional, marketer, entrepreneur, and real estate broker with a passion for helping businesses grow and communities thrive.

The founder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an MBA, and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing. Throughout a career spanning business development, marketing, real estate, and entrepreneurship, the focus has remained consistent: helping businesses increase visibility, build relationships, and create opportunities for growth.

Why We Started

Recognizing the importance of advertising, marketing, business networking and community involvement, the founder was one of the founding members involved in the creation and development of the newer Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce in Lowell, Massachusetts. Our goal was to help establish an organization dedicated to supporting economic development, networking, and business growth within the community. This experience reinforced the belief that successful businesses do not grow in isolation—they grow through relationships, referrals, visibility, and community support.

The founder also established The Nicholas Fund for the Prevention of Domestic Violence through the Greater Lowell Community Foundation. The Fund was created to support efforts aimed at preventing domestic violence and assisting individuals and families affected by abuse.

These experiences helped shape the vision behind TMRealty.club and CityBuzz.club: creating platforms that help professionals, entrepreneurs, and small businesses gain exposure, connect with others, and build stronger businesses and stronger communities.

The goal is simple:
