Purple Reef Properties focuses on Single Family – Creative Financing, Wholesaling, Probates & Pre-foreclosures, Vacant homes, Tired landlords. I want to be known as the “Pad Split Queen” because I want to turn these unwanted homes into affordable living by creating Pad Split which offers single rooms for rent for a fraction of the cost of renting a home.

Bio:

Angela Alvaroe-Ciampo is the founder of Purple Reef Holdings LLC and Purple Reef Properties LLC, Florida-based companies focused on creative real estate solutions, affordable housing initiatives, and long-term business development throughout the state of Florida.

Angela began educating herself in business and real estate in 2013 while attending Palm Beach Community College, where she pursued an Associate in Science degree in Business Entrepreneurship. In 2024, she officially launched her own companies — Purple Reef Holdings and Purple Reef Properties — each created with different long-term goals and business models in mind.

Today, Angela is actively studying for her Florida Real Estate license with plans to eventually become a licensed broker and grow Purple Reef Properties into a fully operational brokerage within the next several years. Her vision includes specializing in creative acquisitions, co-living housing, multifamily investments, mobile home parks, RV parks, and community-focused development opportunities throughout Florida.

In addition to real estate, Angela is also studying for her Life & Annuities license with long-term plans to build Purple Reef Life & Health, a future company focused on life insurance, financial education, and creating reliable income opportunities for agents within the industry. Her future vision also includes offering stem cell products, health products, and wellness-focused services through her office locations.

Another major passion of Angela’s is debt relief and financial empowerment. She plans to continue expanding Purple Reef Debt Relief to help individuals and families better understand financial strategies while also creating career opportunities for others seeking stable income and professional growth within the industry.
